Chris is a certified NFLPA Contract Advisor with a comprehensive background in business and law. He earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Bentley University before completing his law degree at Pace University School of Law. Chris passed the New York State Bar and brings legal expertise, strategic thinking, and contract knowledge directly into athlete representation.
His multidisciplinary background allows him to take a holistic approach to athlete management, focused on protection, opportunity, and long-term stability both on and off the field.

Todd Montesano is a business executive with more than 25 years of experience across sports, media, and entertainment. His career includes work with global organizations such as Under Armour, ESPN, and NBCUniversal Media Group.
Todd has collaborated with world-class athletes, artists, and public figures including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jamie Foxx, Tom Brady, Stephen Curry, Ray Lewis, Deion Sanders, and A$AP Rocky. While at Under Armour, he helped shape major marketing platforms and partnerships including The ESPYs, the NFL Combine, and the UA All-American Series.
